Brave Blooms@ Ariel Farms Story

Growing up in Alaska watching my parents and grandparents plant and grow vegtebles, berries and flowers is a legacy I love and have continued.

In the ‘90’s I took the Master Gardener Course from the UA Extension service diving deeper into soil care and the emerging organic growing movement.

Walking my garden running my fingers through fresh blooms, mesmerized by the beauty, picking and eating my lunch while I garden is a delicious pleasure and has always grounded me to the restoration nature provides.

Arranging fun beautiful flowers and herbs brought delight to all those who have sat at our table as we feasted from the abundant harvest.

My floral arranging story includes my sister, Tina, and sister-in-love, Dana. For decades we have created bouquets for holiday gifts and Thank you’s.

My daughter, Christy, has been helping me in various entrepreneurial endeavors since her teenage years. It is a delight to see her eye for floral design and creativity bloom as she has come along side me to assist with projects.

My passion for gardening, flowers combined with my love of gathering people together, sharing and teaching has been the impetus for launching the flower farm and floral design studio.

“When you need a reset, the farm garden and a bouquet class are just the ticket to absorb and create beauty!”
